WEC-SS focuses its programming on needs and vulnerabilities through gender mainstreaming approaches. The programs focus are as follows;
We are dedicated to improving Food Security, Livelihood, and Nutrition in vulnerable communities. By providing access to nutritious food, promoting sustainable farming practices etc.
We are working in Protection focuses on safeguarding vulnerable populations, including addressing Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Child Protection etc.
We are dedicated to improving Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) standards while promoting environmental protection and climate change resilience.

WECSS has Board of Directors headed by it chairperson and the management level is headed by Executive Director who is the formal head of the organization. It has two main department consist of Operation and Support departments.

WASH and Health (SRHH) combine water, sanitation, and hygiene with sexual and reproductive health to improve health outcomes. This integration is essential for promoting safe reproductive health and reducing disease transmission.
Protection and Emergency Response ensure the safety and support of vulnerable populations during crises, providing essential services and addressing protection needs to aid recovery and build community resilience.
Education and Capacity Development aim to enhance knowledge and skills, empowering individuals and communities for sustainable growth. This approach focuses on building local capabilities through training and resources to foster self-reliance and resilience.
